Hi guys, just started learning Fusion 360 this week. I went through a Designing for 3D Printing with Fusion 360 course to get a basic grasp of the software, and am working through a book of CAD exercises to learn. On the below image, I am trying to center the rectangle outlined in blue so that it is centered along the orange line and the long horizontal line. What is the best way to accomplish this?
My solution was to create midpoints along each side of the rectangle. Then I used coincident constraint for the midpoint of the rectangle and the axis. An alternative solution I thought of would have been to calculate exact dimensions and use that to constrain it, but I think this is not best way. Was the first solution the ideal? Thank you.
