How do I even view the full text of my version description text box?

This little text box is useful but you can't view all the text. Like, you would think the whole text box would appear if you hover your mouse over it but no.

I even tried to get more detail from the web but apparently that feature was removed so now it doesn't even show you the whole text anymore, it'll cut off:

 

This is ridiculous, why even have a version description this long if you can't view it all? How can I get access to this very simple text entry

Sorry for the trouble you are facing, I verified this item and seems we don't show the full text when hover over in desktop App, also in web view, the full text is not shown completely.

I am not sure if we have a workaround, but will check with the team on this item and get back to you.
