Help with spacing distance to control rectangle size

Hello,

within sketch am trying to create several rectangle elements within a larger rectangle. my large rectangle is 20x60. I would  like to insert 6 smaller rectangles within this, each being equal in dimensions and equidistance from each other. I need to be able to adjust the size of the small rectangle so that the distance between each one is reduced equally.

I am really struggling with this and have had trouble using the rectangle pattern tool to achieve this.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Here is your parametric sketch.  You can change any of the top four parameters and the sketch will update so long as you do not make the dimensions of the interior rectangles so large that they overlap.  I decided to not use a sketch pattern because the logic and dimensions are easier.  Model is attached.
