!!!HELP!!!! ALL my tools and projects have gone except for the browser and grid lines!!!!!!!

I was doing a project on fusion 360, using the timeline of the animation. When I clicked a "full screen" button, it suddenly became like this (see attached screenshot below). I tried to reopen or restart my mac several times. I even tried to re-download it twice. None of these worked. Can someone help me out, I need to use fusion to turn in homework. Thank you!!!
