Having trouble registering for a free education/student account

When students use Fusion 360 there is an orange button on top indicating trial is expired. I ask them to register.

When they do, the browser has huge graphic icons and doesn't allow them to go through the account registration process.

I see a message at the top left saying recognized from location X. I try to change that, it I'm unable to.

I have tried in Chrome and Edge. Wasn't a problem over the summer. Seems to be some sort of web interface issue.

 

No idea where to ask for support with this.

 

Any help appreciated.

Does directly accessing that link via here work, or do you see the same error? If so, can you take a screenshot of what you see?

Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing. The website loads just fine for me. Is this on a school network/computer? Would be curious if some restriction does not allow the website to load properly. I saw this happen with some anti-virus before.
