Generative Design Solving = Fail

Hi all,

I'm on an educational licence and every time I run a Generative Design study it completes sending but Fails solving. I've tried with the Generative design sample model, as well as a simplified model. The error I get is:

"Error: Fusion 360 encountered a problem and failed to complete the outcome generation.

Contact technical support to diagnose and solve this problem."

Has anyone else had this? Any ideas for a fix?

Please attach the design that you have already completed in Fusion 360

You can File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply.
