All of my generative design stuck at 5% and no iteration come out even after 6 hours.
Have tried cancelling and restarting, and clearing cache but still not working.
Looking at forums and believe it might caused by the limit of jobs running at a time by a educational account. Even after deleted all my works and start a simple test job still not working.
Could Support team check if there are my jobs running on cloud and clear them for me?
