G18/ G19 problems.

Good afternoon,
I use Fusion for CAD/CAM for my mill without any real problems, now a few of weeks ago my mill started doing strange moves when doing circular or bore tool paths. So today I spent some time in file editor and running test programs, what I have found is fusion is adding a G19 or G18 code (Line 18 & 43) this is causing it to ramp in/out of the bore along the X/Y axis. If I delete line 18 & 43 the program runs as it should just for reference it is machining an 11.7mm hole 12mm deep so the G17 is correct. Has anyone else had anything like this.
Thanks for your help

I think this is a bug in the system I use other mill to generate my Gcode for my controller and I keep getting the these G18/G19 lines in tool paths that don't require them. When I run the simulation it works perfectly but when I run it on the controller I get strange moves, its destroyed a few parts now I need help with this please.

 Regards Jason.

@g-andresen  anytime you see a CAM issue pop up in the Support channel, just tag me and I'll get it moved over as soon as I can get to a computer.

@jason.oshannessy it's likely that you have Vertical Lead In Radius set to a value other than zero. Can you check in your Fusion toolpaths to see if this is the case?

Thanks for the tip but that's not the problem its something when generating the gcode in other/mill I went through the list and found another gcode in TINYG/tinyg and it seam's to be happy with my controller.

 regards Jason.

Did you ever get an actual solution to this? I am all a sudden having the same issues with my Haas mill post now.
