Fusion360 Won't open after install

Hi Everyone

Fusion360 won't open. I have recently installed it and it crashes on launch quickly showing the title screen then closing.

BUT when I get to deleting the files located in the folders, none of the file NMachineSpecificOptions.xml & LoginState.xml appear.

Through the service utility window I have tried to reset and repair Fusion with no success. Also run a network diagnostic test and nothing was wrong there either.

Can you gather the diagnostic log files from the service utility and share them here?
