Fusion will not start. Error dialogs related to ElectronicsPackageGenerator.

On launching Fusion I immediately see this error dialog. On clicking OK I see the second error dialog. On clicking OK I see the first one again, and this repeats ad infinitum.

I don't use anything related to electronics in Fusion, and never have. Fusion was working correctly yesterday and I have changed nothing. As far as I know it is fully updated to the latest version as of a few days ago.

Task Manager shows Fusion is continuously chewing up one CPU core while showing the error dialog.

I made the problem worse with the repair utility (it ran once, failed halfway through, then refused to run again, after which Fusion failed to start with missing DLL errors). So I did a full uninstall and fresh install which seems to have resolved the issue. No idea what the underlying problem actually was.
