Lost an edge from an extruded plane

I have an overlaid extruded 'plate' over another extruded box. the upper edge on two faces of the top 'plate' has disappeared. I've tried editing the sketch but that just reverts back to 2d. i cannot for the life of me add an additional line to rebuild the top edge to refill the extruded 'plate', any ideas? Photos below

You will probably need to attach your model to allow the Forum users to troubleshoot your issue.  Please attach your file(s).

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

You sketches are really in bad shape, not constrained in place or in themselves.  This is part of the reason you lost your edges.  I did not attempt to correct your original sketch, I simple created a new one to give you the edges you were missing.  If you do not like my edge, you can modify the thickness and height of it using the indicated sketch.
