I just got your email as well and sent you a response there. Here is my response:
My guess is that Fusion is trying to pull the cached network data that stored the proxy information and this is causing the issue. Can you please delete the Webservices folder? Note: this folder contains login data for all products - so you will need to log back into any other Autodesk software as well after this step. Also, if it says "this file cannot be deleted because it is in use", open task manager/activity monitor and look through your processes and make sure there is nothing related to Autodesk or A360 running in the background.
To find the Webservices folder:
Windows:
- Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk
- Delete Webservices
Mac:
- Using Finder navigate to /users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/.
- Delete Webservices
