Fusion locks up every time while trying to open one of my documents. (it will open others) The service menu shows the network is fine (save for a yellow flag on McMaster Carr which I'm not using). I've reset my caches. I've attached diags and a sample. Here's the meat of the sample where it appears to be spinning its wheels:

@bentwookie Is it possible to share this design? If you cannot post it here, you can share the link with password protected etc and send it to raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com

I tried a completely different machine (on Windows vs my Mac) and it doesn't open there either.
This is a real problem as I really needed to get this stuff cut today to make a deadline and now I can't. I'm so mad I can hardly type.
@bentwookie Does opening one older version, open the design? If you put Fusion 360 in offline mode and try to open the file does it help?

I can't open the file on the web either. The cloud team strikes again.
Sorry, the forum didn't show me your posts. I sent you the links in email (to the jig and the file the jig references). Opening an older file works. Working offline still locks up.
@bentwookie Got the file. Downloading them now to look.

For the benefit of some future person who has the same issue, my file had a bad chain segment. They don't know how or why it happened, but were able to patch it out by hand and send me the fixed file. Save early, save often.
