Fusion doesn't show new ribbon tab system

Ive reinstalled Fusion360 after a manual deinstallation as per instructions - however my newly installed version does not show the new ribbon design - eg there is no "DESIGN" view and associated tools on ribbon. What am I missing here?

Did you check your Preferences and make sure that the Preview UI is checkmarked?
