Fusion 360 won't load.

I tried to load F360 and get this dialogue box (see attached).  I click on yes, and it disappears.  F360 support said that it is pointing to the wrong alias?

Key fact - between the last time I used F360 and now, I changed my browser to DuckDuckGo (bad decision me thinks).  I think it is blocking access to the F360 files. Tried to uninstall DDG - no change - not sure it is uninstalled, they don't make it easy to do.  Tried to get help from DDG - no help.

I use a Mac OS = Sonoma 14.2.  Plenty of power.  I was on a roll learning F360, and then this happened.  I use the educational streaming version.  Desperate for help.

@paccioretti_thomas From the image you attached, it appears as though you are using the installer to launch Fusion?

Can we start with the below and see where it goes?

1. Go to launchpad - Click on Autodesk Fusion
2. Now does it show the same UI that Fusion is already installed etc?

Thank you for your prompt response. You can see I have multiple F360 icons (my fault of course). I have clicked on the two (2) FUSION icons and nothing pops up. Just back to my desktop.

@paccioretti_thomas I do not see any new image you posted. Are you saying in launchpad you have multiple Fusion icons? You should have 3 one for Launch , the other for uninstall and then for fusion service utility. Are you saying you have more than that? If you use the Fusion icon to launch from within launchpad, it doesn't do anything?

Yes, I have two of each. When I click on install or service nothing happens. I haven't tried to uninstall.

@paccioretti_thomas Can you please uninstall both if possible? Then do a fresh install. I am not sure how you need up with two installs.

Will do and will report back. I'll trash all the Fusion DMG's I have and download a new one from AustoDesk website.
