fusion 360 will not start

i downloaded fusion 360 almost 30 days ago.  I was going to do the trial however it crashes while starting up everytime.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I'm sorry to hear that! Can you give a little more information?

 

  • Has Fusion 360 ever opened successfully, or have you had trouble opening it every single time?
  • Have you already tried uninstalling with the clean uninstaller tool and then reinstalling?
  • Does it freeze and you have to force quit, or does it bring up a crash message with a CER number? If there's a CER number, can you please let me know what the number is next time you crash?
  • Do you see any error messages when you try to open Fusion 360?
  • Can you please PM me your log files? You can find them here:
      1. Installation Log Files 
        • Windows OS: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log
        • Mac OS: Macintosh HD>Users>"LOGIN">Library>Logs>autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log
      2. Web Services Log Files
        • Windows OS: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\WebServices\Log
        • Mac OS: Macintosh HD>Users>"LOGIN">Library>Application Support>Autodesk>Web Services>Log>WebServices.log

It opened once. I did try and uninstall and reinstall. It freezes and i
have to force quit. ive tried leaving it for hours and nothing.
