Fusion 360 will not launch

I'n the last few days I've been unable to launch, I can see the Fusion 360 .exe and launcher .exe running in task manager but the program window is not visible. I've reinstalled twice, turned off virus protection and windows firewall, still no joy. I've also left the computer on for several hours in case it was just taking a while to load.

 

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 19041.1. 64-bit. The problem started before updating to this version, I updated in case this was the reason for my issue. I have 8GB RAM

Just some ideas:

Did you authorized popup windows?

Did you tried to download and launch with another web browser?  (like Firefox or Chrome)

Is that a supported OS?

Hi, I've rolled back to 19033.1 in an attempt to resolve the issue but it's still the same.
