Fusion 360 will not install

Fusion 360 wouldn't come online.

Went through all the steps to get it online. Nothing worked.

Was told to uninstall and reinstall it.

I uninstalled it and now it won't install. Goes to 99% and gives an error popup with no suggestion other than to contact support.

You did not give the operating system you are using but I will guess it is Windows.  From the log file I feel the installation does not have enough permissions on your computer to install.  You should have Full Administrator rights to your computer in order to install Fusion 360.  I would also suggest you temporarily disable User Access Control (UAC) during installation.  If you do not know how to log as a Full Administrator look at this article.  If you do not know how to temporarily turn off UAC take a look at this article.  Remember UAC is by Windows user so be sure to use the Full Administrator account.
