For the entirety of the year, nearly every time I start Fusion 360 I get a warning:
The browser process exits unexpectedly. Please check:
1) You have internet connection;
2) Firewall blocks starting the browser process AdCefBrowser.exe;
3) Firewall blocks browser process AdCefBrowser.exe to access internet;
4) Proxy setting in Preferences -> Network.
Do you want to try connecting internet again?
I did not have this issue until an update at the end of 2016. I don't run a proxy. I obviously have internet. and I have made sure that process are not blocked by the firewall. The problem has persisted through a reinstall. To get to my cloud files takes numerous restarts of the application. Clearing the user cache and restarting sometimes helps, but not always. Now it appears to be giving me the warning even if I have my files and try to load them and boots me from the servers. I've attached my diagnostic logs.
Hi @faltion,
Welcome to the Fusion community!
I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. Have you tried this solution?
And are you using the Anti-Virus program? if possible, would you make a exception to this folder? C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy
I look forward to your reply.
Many thanks,
Ahreum.
I've added the filepath to the antivirus I use. I has worked so far, but since the problem is intermittent so I can't say for sure if it was a solution. I'll update again if it does seem to have solved the issue.
Hi @faltion,
Thank you for the reply.
Great! let me know if it happen again.
Have a great day!
Many thanks,
Ahreum.
