Fusion 360 not loading Mac

I have been using fusion for quite some time now and it's all been working fine. But recently it hasn't loaded when launched, it just stops at the splash or it might load the grid but never the tools or anything. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling fusion and all the other basic troubleshooting things but I still cannot get it to work so any help will be great.

Latest version of fusion
