Thanks for posting! Are you still having problems locating your files? I noticed that you tagged the message that you got them back...
If you are still having difficulties, it is possible that you accidentally created a new account (with a different email address) when you renewed your account. You can check how many users have logged into Fusion 360 by counting the number of alphanumeric IDs shown at the filepaths below:
Windows:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

Mac HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

For each Autodesk Account that has loggedinto Fusion 360 a unique directory with an alphanumeric name will exist (e.g. WFYKNG73WZSU). You can use this as a clue to determine if you may have logged into Fusion 360 with the wrong e-mail address.
