Fusion 360 license renew - startup

Hi

I renewed my license a few weeks ago as a startup however i keep getting emails saying that he license will expire, now in 5 days. When i renewed i filled in all details as a startup, had to purchase a website just to fill in the forms. However when i open Fusion 360 there doesnt seem to be any issue. if i open A360 web app it has a clock showing 4 days. I dont seem to be able to fix this.  Im running the latest fusion 360 version on Win 8.1 . Screen grabs below show F360 and A360. Can somebody have a look at my account and see if there is a sync issue. Worried that i will lose data in 4 days.

Thanks

Can't help with your expiry problem but just a note that might help others. The workaround where you're asked for a website is to use your Autodesk user profile. So @darren.j.hodson  you could have entered

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7389395

@ryan.bales  any advise on the renew problem?.

Hi @darren.j.hodson ,

Thank you for posting in the community!

The clock icon in the A360 web app is to show how much task is left.  However, there is a known issue with this icon - the list is not being cleared from the icon flags even though the task is completed.

If you have any notification from the A360 web hub, can you please share a screenshot of the message?  I will discuss this with our A360 team!  Thank you for your help!

Hopefully this helps!  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi @darren.j.hodson ,

Thank you for your reply!

The expired date can be found in Fusion as well.  Can you please go to the "? icon (the help menu) > About and check this as shown in the attached image?

Also, I will transfer this to the appropriate team for the email.

Hopefully this helps.

Thanks.

Hello...can you please clarify Autodesk's official policy regarding the renewal of a free Startup license? If I am a hobbyist who uses Fusion 360 solely and exclusively for the purpose of creating my own models for non-commercial purposes, can I renew my free one-year Startup license on a perpetual basis (pending, of course, on Autodesk's prerogative to change this policy)? If so, where on the Autodesk website is this policy explicitly stated, i.e. the part about the ability for a Startup licensee to renew their free one-year Startup license at the expiration of the one year. Thank you.
