Does Fusion 360 depend on single core of CPU while modeling or multiple core? What hardware components impact modeling performance in Fusion the most?
Single core processor performance is key!
The math and algorithms used in the geometric modeling kernels of CAD software (not just Fusion 360) don't lend themselves to multi core processing in most cases.
Hi,
1. with 4.5 GHZ you are already at the higher limit.
2. in most cases, the long calculation times are caused by complex and insufficiently defined sketches and large patterns in sketch mode.

I my not so insignificant experience, most performance problems stem from less than optimal modeling workflows.
What I mean with "not so insignificant" is that I have been using CAD for over 30 years and have used Fusion 360 since 2014. I have analyzed thousands of designs here on the Forum.
If you can share one of those designs I'll take a look at it.
If the modeling workflow ends up not being the problem, I'll tag someone from the Fusion 360 development team.
