Fusion 360 Hangs During Launch/Startup

I am experiencing repeated "Program is not responding" issues when trying to launch Fusion 360. The only time I can be reasonably assured it might actually startup and run is after a full system reboot. On the rare occasion it does startup, it runs just fine. Below are my system specs and event viewer application log entries. I've looked for the application logs (using the directions found on this website) following the hang but there doesn't appear to be any from the event. I am running other fairly intensive graphics applications without any issue (CADs, Slicers, Games. etc.). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
