fusion 360 for hobby use

Hello I downloaded and installed fusion 360 for hobby use.  I can create a part but cannot save it, the file shows "untitled" and read only.  I thought for hobby use you could have up to 10 parts active and editable?  How do I save a part when its marked as read only?

thanks!
