Fusion 360 fails to launch Cura

I am running Fusion 360 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (latest version of Catalina) and Ultimaker Cura 4.9.0 or 4.9.1.

I have manually launched Cura and closed it.

But, when choosing Save to STL it throws the following error when trying to launch Cura:

Fusion 360 does not have sufficient privileges to launch the Print Utility. The Print Utility must be manually launched once in order allow Fusion 360 to launch it. Please launch Print Utility from the Applications menu.

I saw a prior suggestion about creating a "Custom" entry for a print utility, but that had no positive affect.   I received the same error when attempting to Save to STL using the Custom entry.

I see the same thing on my iMac running Mac OS Big Sur 11.6 and Cura 4.11. I did not have this problem before 4.11.
