Fusion 360 encountered a problem and failed to complete the outcome generation.

 I faced a technical issue for using generative design tools.

I have no idea why the fusion 360 cannot sending to server for solving my generative design studies, but from the morning I tried to fix it so many times, even just simple generative study. 

And the program always says 

"fusion 360 encountered a problem and failed to complete the outcome generation.

Contact technical support to diagnose and solve this problem." 

Please let me know how I can get free of this issue 😞

However, this post did NOT solve my problem since I do not have any symmetry planes in my model.
