[Urgent] problem with notebook shutdown when using Fusion 360

Dear Autodesk

 

I have an issue with Fusion 360 lately.
Whenever I rotate or zoom the object, especially the one with many parts, my notebook is shutdown (instant black screen).
I did try to clean uninstall the program the result still the same.
I then try to format my computer and reinstall fusion 360 but the result still the same.
The latest graphic card driver is already installed, and I do diagnostics all my notebook several times, but everything is fine.
This is the first time the issue happen to me. I need to back to my work in the company asap; please help me find the solution.
Below is the notebook spec.

 

Dell precision 3510

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Graphic card AMD Radeon (TM) R9 M360

 

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
Installed on ‎9/‎27/‎2020
OS build 19042.572
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

Hi @sajjapongse 

I'm not sure this will solve your problem completely, But I would like to suggest you open Fusion 360 with Integrated Graphics (ie. Open App which does not use External Graphics Card). Maybe it will resolve / you can find the issue.

Please post here if is there any updates. I'll try to resolve at my best.

Thank you for your reply  @azimshaikh95 

 

The [run with graphic processor] option is not available on my notebook for some reason.

I instead disable the AMD graphic card and force Fusion 360 to use an integrated graphic card.

The Fusion 360 seems to work fine now. I think the cause has come from the AMD card after all.

I will continue to use the program to make this will continue to work.
