Fusion 360 does not appear in Account Management

I recently had to reinstall my OS and wanted to download Fusion 360 again.  However, all of the documentation tells me it should be available in my Autodesk Account under "Manage Products & Downloads".  But it is not.

I have a hobbyist license and I have tried to download the trial but can't if I am logged in.  If I log out then I have to sign up for a whole new account as either a Student or Commercial user.

Seems other users are having similar issues and Autodesk is simply providing them with a direct link to download the software.  Does not seem like a proper fix.  How can this be resolved?  I really love using this product for my personal woodworking projects.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The others that are running into this issue have an expired hobbyist entitlement, and thus need another download link to install Fusion and sign up again.

It sounds like you have an active hobbyist entitlement, does this sound right? If so - can you just ensure you are logging in with the same email address. I don't want to have you sign up again using a different email, as your data will not be there.

Thanks,

Hi James,

I believe I have an active license.  At least I have not received any notification that it has expired.

And yes, I am signing in with the same email.  The issue is that I cannot find a download for the program.  Everything I have found suggests it should be listed under my programs within my profile settings.  But it's not.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can install Fusion directly from this link then, and once installed you will have to log into your pre-existing account. Once logged in, you should have your license active. If your license is expired, or your data is missing - let me know. There may be multiple accounts at play here.

If you need to renew your hobbyist license, please follow this article here.

Hi James,

Thank you for the link.  I was able to install Fusion and sign in to my existing account.  I only have one Autodesk account so it's definitely not the issue.

My only concern at this point is that Fusion 360 still does not appear in the list of products in my Manage Products & Downloads page.  Should I have the need to reinstall in the future.  Also, it shows on the top bar of my Fusion window Education License, is that right?  Should it not say Hobbyist?

Regards,

Hi

I have just created an account as I look after the installs for an school.  When I run the Fusion 360 Admin software it says that my trial will end in 30 days.

Also, I want to be able to set up accounts for the students and be able to manage them.  How do I do this as my account just states that I have one user account and it does not specify that it is an Educational License.

Please can you Help.

Thanks
