I created this sheet metal that roughly reproduces the shape of the mesh.
I don't understand why if I flatten the "cylinder" the operation is successful while if I try to flatten the shape the operation fails.
I would like to flatten the shape and then cut it with the cnc machine.
I hope you can help me

Arghhh!...That was a lot tougher than I thought! I couldn't get your Bodies (Either) to work..So I created a new Cylindrical body with a centre Flat section (Minimal).
