Fillet not rendering properly

New to F360 but I've been using Alibre for years.

When I try to do a 3D fillet, it seems to get confused and I get this:

What am I doing wrong?

Disregard.  Somehow I had a duplicate extrude. No wonder everything was acting wonky.
