file wont open.

hello, I have tried all suggestions on forum from working offline, uninstall/reinstall to clearing cache. Please help. pulling out hair. Using windows 10 and newest F360 build. file attached. Thanks

No trouble to open at all. The file has been opened and then saved as a standard Fusion 360 F3D file and then attached to this post. Are you using the Insert DXF routine? I opened it also with Windows 10 and Fusion 360 version 2.0.11415.
