File Continuously Uploading

I currently have a file stuck in continuous upload status to the cloud that is slowing down my computer and rendering Fusion unusable. I have posted in several Facebook groups seeking assistance and followed every suggestion given by others. I've clearer the cache, attempted to work offline, uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, even reformatted my entire computer bringing the system back to the day it was purchased. I've had chatGPT walk me through several solutions to no avail.

This issue is not on my computer and I am in need Autodesk supports assistance.

Thanks in advance.

@jakethomas.email Can you please try the below?

  • Launch Fusion
  • Go Offline (manual switch)
  • Close Fusion
  • Rename the %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>\login__ActiveDocuments file (OR) \AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<user ID> login__ActiveDocuments file
  • Launch Fusion
  • Editable Document list should be empty
  • Mark a single document editable
  • Go Online

Thank you for the help through this issue.

I just got back to my computer and followed the steps provided.

The first time I renamed the login__ActiveDocuments file in the App Data , but once I opened the Fusion CAD file I was working on and went back online the problem was there again.

So I followed the steps again this time erasing the login__ActiveDocuments al together and everything seems to be working as it should. Back online and working well.

Thanks again, I truly appreciate the assistance.

@sunshinegloria @Did you find the file that we called? You can delete the file. Then do the other steps.

@B_Doerfler Can you please try the below? (Slightly modified than the above)

1. Update to the latest version 2.0.20508 or newer
2. Then run this workflow from the article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Files-stuck-in-Edi...
Both of these will ensure that the current problem is fixed and the new version will ensure that customers do not hit the problem again.
