The files must not have attached for some reason!
To find out why you're having installation problems can you please attach your log files. You can follow these directions to locate the installation log files.

There are still no files attached. When you're replying to the post, are you scrolling down (past the screencast insert section) to the attachments? Please make sure that the remove icon is next to your file to conform that it is completely attached to the post.

I reset Windows10 then Fusion360 installed and updated.
