F360 August Update - Python showing out of date

Hi,

Today update for August was installed.

I then received a notice from Secunia that Python 3.5.4 is outdated and needs updating.

This is part of F360 so not sure if I should try updating manually.

Can someone please advise, thanks.

Below is a screen shot showing issue.

Hi Corca,

Are you installed a python 3.5.4 in your machine? Actually, this showing out of date of python 3.5.4 should not be related to our Fusion 360.

In our Fusion 360 program, we indeed embed python as the internal module for API script  purpose. But it should not have any affect to other program.

Thanks,

Fred

Hi Corca,

The embed python version in our Fusion 360 is 3.5.3. From your attached picture, it shows the Python 3.5.3. This is an expected version that our Fusion 360 program to use. Please don't do update python for it.

Thanks,

Fred

Hi Fred,

Thanks, I will ignore update and leave F360 to manage it.
