Establishing a "continuously mirrored design"—whatever happens on the "left" side is automatically mirrored on the "right" side

Hi all,

Thank you for reading this. My goal is to:

• create a new sketch
• define a mirror plane
• whatever operation I do on one side of the plane is to be automatically replicated/mirrored on the other side. 

Is there a way to do this?

When creating, - Only if you switch on Symmetry in Sculpt environment, which is a little unique,

does not exist elsewhere unless editing the original side of mirrored articles.
