I have always used the stock GRBL post processor without issue. Today I tried and it would not create a file, it would only produce an error that only showed if I had it display the .nc file. it is a .log and I dont understand what it is telling me the issue is, that XML cant be the whole file. I have tried this with several different projects and I always get the same thing. Not sure what my next step should be. I have attached a file that may show what's happening

You did not have to start a new forum post, you could have attached your file to the other one just as easily. Anyway, I opened your component, ran the GRBL post processor on it and it finished without issue. I have attached a zip file containing the processed file as well as the GRBL.cps file, which I used to do it. It is possible you may have a damaged one. You do not want to overwrite the one you have UNTIL you are sure it has an error. Try your post processing using mine and see it it works. If it does you can use it to replace the one installed on your system. I know this sounds like a lot but the Screencast will help you.

I really appreciate it, that worked. I was so stumped never considered the processor file had corrupted somehow
Hello all, I'm actually having this exact issue currently, I tried the GRBL post processor attached in the post and it still doesn't work. I have tried different post processors for example the maslow post processor works on the same tool path and setup. I have attached my file and images of the error as it happens. I really don't understand what changed as all this work in June no issue at all.
Thanks for your help, I hope we can figure this out.
