Hi there,

I've signed up for my educational license and in the Autodesk Education & Student Access page it tells me that "Your educational access to Autodesk products is valid through February 27, 2024." But when I attempt to sign into Fusion360 on the computers at my school, it opens up just fine but it tells me my subscription is expired. And when I open up the web client for Fusion I get a message telling me "Autodesk Education or Commercial Account Required" even though I should have educational access. I've also attempted downloading Fusion and it tells me "Thank you for downloading Fusion 360" but it doesn't do anything on that page, even if I hit the button to try again. Any way I can get this problem solved?

Thank you,

Dante
