Editing *.ipt files in Fusion 360

I have an old file from someone in a *.ipt format. I want to edit some dimensions in the drawing.

But I am not able to edit it in Fusion 360 probably because the drawing is a body and not a sketch.

Is there a way to do this directly in Fusion or do I first need to convert the file into a different format

or make a sketch from the body?

I have attached the file for reference.

Thank you

File is not attached. You should wait until it gets uploaded and then click Post.

Hi @radhika.kataria

You can use AnyCAD workflow to edit .ipt file
For single .pt file you can use Fusion web and Fusion 360 Application.

For assembly, You need to install Desktop connector.

if you can share the dataset and point out the modification, then will be able to help you.

Thank you for this information.

I have uploaded the file both in the *.ipt and *.f3d formats.

I hope they are posted this time.

I want to change the diameter of the inner cylinder to 37.5 mm from 37 mm.

For any Solid body (NOT mesh) whether created natively by Fusion or imported you can use Solid > Modify > Press Pull to edit current hole faces:

Edit: you can use Offset Type as Modify Existing Feature, but I prefer New Offset which is recorded in timeline (if you first Capture Design History from right click menu on the root component in the browser).

Hi @radhika.kataria

To change the hole dia, its simple and straight forward.

No nee of AnyCAD workflow.

There are other ways to change hole dia, but the below one is easiest
