DXF import coming in flipped or rotated 180º

I have a simple curve I've created in Illustrator, exported as a DXF that I'm trying to add to a sketch. When I insert the DXF in Fusion, it shows rotated 180º.

If I look at the same DXF in the Autodesk online viewer, it appears correctly.

Unlike the SVG tool (which has its own myriad usability problems) you can't rotate the DXF on import, so I guess I'm left pre-rotating it in Illustrator? Is there a reason it's doing this or is it a bug?

A random DXF off the internet rotates as well.

Are you in the Home view when you select the Plane onto which the .dxf is inserted? And in your preferences which way is up?z.jpg

I was already editing a sketch rooted off the XZ plane. View cube says Front. My default modeling orientation is Z Up.

Had some time to look at this again. Different sketches on different planes to have different results. Top down looks right. The rest are flipped or rotated in odd ways.

This tool seems broken.

1) IMO, the paths should come in without translation (or transform), in the coordinate space of the sketch. If I want to rotate the results, I'll rotate the results.

2) The insert tool should allow rotation.

3) The paths should never be mirrored, as that's not easily fixed after the fact.
