DRAWING WORKPLACE - LEADER NOTES NOT WORKING. MOVE FUNCTION NOT WORKING

When filling the type box under the leader notes, font types, spacing, size and justification are not working like they were before the last update. This extends to any of the type boxes when using the Drawing workstation. This makes it impossible to get the information across that is required. 

The move function also wont align to any existing corners or lines like they used to before the update.
