Drawing Space Standard Text Justification from left to middle issue

Whilst adding text to a drawing there is the option to justify the text.

This is perfect you can see the text moves, for instance from the the default left to the middle justification. However after making the alteration when you click on the text the justification point is still left? when you make a section view it creates the default view text, this as a default middle justification, you can see when you click on the text it does indeed have a middle justification point.  

I like to have all my text middle justified and centre to the part. currently I can only does this by site as the middle justification point on standard text stay left. Is this intentional or  a mistake?

Justification of text is controlled in the text dialogue, not via the grip.
