There seems to be a bug in the latest insider build when trying to unfold a simple sheetmetal part with a cut in the flanges. I can accomplish the same cut in different ways so can get around the issue right now, but it need to be fixed.
Fusion 360 Insider Edition questions do not below on this Forum. Please post an problem reports on the Inside Website.

I only reacted to what you posted. The file is useless to this Forum as it was created with the Fusion 360 Insider edition and has a different schema, it cannot be opened by the current "public" version of Fusion 360.
