Do not have correct entitlements, but am unable to install desktop app on chrome

I am a registered student currently using a Chromebook and it is my understanding that Chromebooks are unable to install the desktop fusion app. Apparently to bypass this fusion offers a browser version of the program which I have successfully been able to pull up and access. My problem is that when I try to create a new project I get the message that I do not have the correct entitlements. After troubleshooting this I was told I must download the desktop app to obtain the entitlements. The issue with that is that my Chromebook is unable to do this which is why I'm opting to use the browser version in the first place. I am unsure as to what to do and any guidance or assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting in the forum! I checked the status of your license and it seems like you have a valid student license for Fusion 360.

I don't have a Chromebook but I tested the browser version on Windows and I get the same error even though I have an entitlement.

I'll check if everything is working correctly with the internal folks and post more information as soon as possible.

Sorry, I tried again and it opened correctly so I believe the system is working.

Could you visit this page and check if Fusion 360 is listed? https://manage.autodesk.com/

Also, does it make a difference if you clear web browser cache and try opening the browser version of Fusion 360?
