Design won't open

One of my designs will not open. I tried to open t and it just sit there spinning for quite a long time. I have restarted my computer and gone back into it and when I do, that design already has the spinner on it like it's still trying to open and I haven't even clicked on it. I can still open other designs in the same folder while this one is spinning.
