Cut is different than simulation

I have a pretty simple profile with one  contour cut for 2 parts that simulates properly.
When I cut it it cuts in the the second body.intended cutintended cut

I tried several times. The simulation is always great but after cutting the lower body it cuts the upper body in two pieces.

Thank you for any info,
Adrian

Can you upload the f3d file from Fusion 360?  File, export, *.f3d and save it to your computer.

Here is a simplified file with only the upper part. The machine starts in the lower left corner cutting upwards to the second finger shoulder where it starts doing a back and forth several times after which continues cutting across towards right on nonexistent path.

Attached is the Fusion file.

Thank you,
Adrian

This is what I see in my backplotter:

I don't think the problem exists on Fusion side, but it's likely a Mach3 setting. One thing you could try is switch to "R" radius callouts instead and see if that has any impact.

I'm not a Mach3 user myself, so maybe @HughesTooling might have a suggestion, or @daniel_lyall has some insight

Hi and thank you for the message. I'm afraid I don't know where the config file is located and if that in in FUsion or on Mach 3. Could you indicate where I can find that?

Thank you,
Adrian

Hi and thank you for looking into this. I attached the xml configuration file.
It looks like the problem could be with the specific .tap file generation or the settings or the way Mach interprets it.
Most files seem to cut correctly so the machine seem to be fine based on other files.

Cheers,
Adrian

Everything looks fine, do you do a home in places with your machine?

I did a ref all then did the Zaxis with the distance probe. The cutting stated at the right coordinates and went fine for the first body as seen in the pictures.

Would posting the tap code help?

It would not hurt, this is something I have had happen quite a few times, it was down to the wrong size motors on the machine(I got some really bad advice) to fix it I tuned the machine into a point where this problem stopped I set the feed to 1250 mm/min and the problem went away I reduced it to 1200 and left it set there, I have not needed to adjust it for 3 years.

This may not be your problem, after looking at the G code we can go from there.
