Creating new parts from pattern

Hi, is it possible when creating a pattern for multiple parts to make the new parts that are created their own part and not pasted, so that when i want to edit each pasted part, they dont all follow the edit i want to make

not sure exactly what you mean.  Are you talking about some way to do a component pattern, but have each instance be the equivalent of "Paste New"?  If so, no, there is no way to do that.  You will have to Copy/Paste New manually for each instance, and then position them independently

Hi,

Pattern:

1. Bodies > Edit Instances
2. Components > Copy & Paste NEW >
a. make 1st version invisible
b. edit pasted Instance
