Crash when lowering stitch tolerance

@Phil.E  While I was recording a screencast helping a user Fusion 360 crashed. It's done this earlier on my work computer (Windows) and now also on my MacBook Pro.

Thanks for the details. I can't get it to crash on my computers. There is, however, plenty to log a report with here.
