CPU at 130%, no document open

Since the latest update my CPU is going nuts. 

I don't even have a doc open and its at 130% What is going on?!

Running OSX sierra High 10.13.6 (17G12026)

fusion 360 version 2.0.7813

Do you have an internet connection when it goes up to 130%? 

Mine does the same, but only when i'm offline.

Found the problem.

I also recently installed the Connextion 3d mouse driver. 

Uninstalled that driver suite and restarted.

Started Fusion 360

and everything is normal again.
