Copyright Clearance

Hello,

I am new to the forum and I had a question regarding to the copyright clearance. I am planing to submit my work which I completed in Fusion360 to an annual free student work exhibition. In my project, I had included the stock image in the environmental library for my design rendering. Is there a need for me to include any copyright clearance or acknowledgement for my submission.
